Return Policy

At Perky Pockets, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a flexible cancellation/return policy. Our policy includes the following provisions:

• Order cancellation can only be initiated before the product is delivered to the customer.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, size issues, quality issues, etc., a refund request can be initiated through the 'Initiate Return' button on the website within 7 days of receiving the products.
• Any items returned must be in their original condition, with all relevant tags and labels attached and intact, to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only and will take 6-8 business days to be processed.
